“You feel the way you think” is a statement we hear time and time again and yet for many changing our state of mind to experience a better way of living feels incredibly difficult.

Despite what you may think about how your mind is right now, your beautiful mind essentially just wants to keep you safe even if it seems at odds with you.

Our minds encourage what is familiar over the unfamiliar. The more familiar something is, the safer it feels to stick with it.

The challenge arises when what we’ve made familiar to us is now outdated, unhealthy and going against the grain of the change we want.

Change may be unknown, scary and somewhat unfamiliar but if we managed to make the unhealthy familiar, we know that with a little bit of help and support we can do the same for the healthy traits we’d like to invite into our lives.

RTT® Hypnotherapy helps to weed out the root causes of old limiting beliefs and behaviours in our subconscious minds and why it is that they feel they’re keeping us safe.

Once we have the root, the tools and techniques used in RTT reframes your subconscious with new life-affirming beliefs regaining the freedom to live the life you are 100% truly deserving of and above all start to truly feel the way you want to think.


What is Rapid Transformational Therapy™ (RTT)?

Rapid Transformational Therapy is a hybrid hypnotherapy approach which allows you to break through long-held limiting beliefs . It combines the most beneficial principles of Hypnotherapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Psychotherapy, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Regression Therapy to produce a guided relaxation process that gives you the control to step beyond the chitter-chatter of your critical mind and deep dive into your subconscious.

Over a course of 1-3 sessions and a period of 21 days listening to a transformational hypnotic recording, you could dramatically change your life and the way you will forever work with your mind.

 
 

How it works

THE PROCESS

  • When you book a free discovery call, we’ll talk a little about the challenges you’re struggling with, what life’s like living with these and how you’d like things to be different. I’ll brief you on the process and how it all works and should you wish to continue, we’ll book you in for your regression and hypnosis session.

  • After your discovery call, you’ll be sent an intake form to complete and we’ll book in your 60 minute pre-session consultation. The intake form is part of the duty of care process and also allows you to provide some more descriptive detail about how you’d like life to be without the problem which will help to inform your transformational recording. The 60 minute consultation is a chance to go over this form and coach you so we are get a really vivid picture for what change would bring into your life.

  • Your regression and hypnosis session will be a 90-minute online zoom session or face-to-face (depending on location) during which you’ll discover the root, the cause and the reason all to do with your presenting problem/challenge giving you the understanding and power to move past it and into a new way of living.

  • Upon completion of your regression and hypnosis session, you’ll receive a transformational audio recording to listen to for a minimum of 21 days.

  • Within 10 days of your regression and hypnosis session, we’ll have a further online check-in to see how things are going and discuss any tweaks you wish me to make to your recording.

  • Following 21 days of listening to your recording we’ll book in your 60 min aftercare coaching call. This call tracks where you are now, what we can tweak to help you on your way and gives you some goals and actions to keep up the momentum after our time together.

Let’s talk about what challenges you may be struggling with:

 
  • Hypnosis is not magic - it’s science! It works by creating a burst of brain waves that are the same as when you’re in REM sleep. That’s what allows you to access the subconscious mind. It’s very easy and anyone can do it, you’ll see for yourself when in session I show so you can feel it for yourself.

  • The experience feels different for different people. Some people feel a floating sensation, some feel sleepy, Most people feel relaxed and at ease. Hypnosis is not so dissimilar to how you would feel in a guided visualisation or meditation process. What’s most important is to know that how you feel isn’t an indicator of how effective it is. Regardless of how it feels, hypnosis will be impacting your subconscious levels.

  • Most people will need 1-3 sessions to make a real change. 70% of the work is done in session and 30 % out of session by listening to the hypnotic recording at home. If your presenting problem requires more than 3 sessions this will be made clear to you on intake.

  • There are 3 types of change from Rapid Transformational Therapy and every person’s experience of these is different:

    1. Immediate: You feel a massive shift right away - immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviours right in the session.

    2. Incremental: You see consistent shifts every day, or over time.

    3. Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all of the things that are different in your life now.

  • All our work together is held confidentially.

    As a therapist I am bound by a code of ethics both in my coaching and hypnotherapy practices and your intake data and any digital data is managed and stored securely and in line with UK GDPR legislation.

  • You are completely aware throughout the hypnotherapy process. Unlike what you see on the TV or in magic shows, clinical hypnosis works with a completely aware but relaxed client.

  • Some people have the awareness of being highly resistant in other therapies such as coaching or therapy and worry that they won’t respond well in hypnotherapy. They worry that here too they will find their resistance blocking their potential progress.

    To help overcome any concerns a pre-session recording is offered to allow the client the time they need to familiarise themselves with the hypnosis induction process at home on their own before undertaking it as part of a formal session.

  • Regression is an invaluable way to discover the root of your long standing challenges. Throughout the regression I will guide you to review not re-experience any past events. You’ll be like an observer looking through a window and as your therapist I am there to support you through that process.

    It is possible whilst you do observe for some emotion to come up and all of that is again completely normal.

    Equally if a client’s mind is resisting regression due to past unpleasant experiences, we simply move on to other useful tools and techniques designed to help the client source the root of the problem, weed it out and let go.
