For when the intensity of too much emotion or thinking is building within and you can’t access the stop button? When the emotion is too loud to silence, When panic rushes in and your body clenches, When sadness is lurking underneath and ready to take the wheel, when irritation simmers beneath everything or when anger feels like it’s starting to consume you and all you need is to catch your breath and reset a little.

The “Presencing Sessions” are built for “exactly this kind of moment” when being in your skin feels a little unbearable, and holding it or suppressing it just doesn’t feel like good self-care.

In these sessions, we don’t try to manage your feelings, decode your patterns, or spiritually reframe what’s rising. It’s not a long session it’s 30 minutes to allow you time to feel nourished, heard and seen for where you are at and not where everyone else or your inner critic needs you to be right now. It’s a soft gentle 121 space where facing it all on your own doesn’t have to be the only option.

This is what the session feels like:

  • nothing is expected of you

  • Amanda holds the space using her intuitive sense of your emotional field drawing on her own nervous system work, subtle energy awareness, and the deep knowing that emotional intensity is not a pathology, but often a re-structuring to prepare you for something new that’s trying to be felt and seen in your inner system.

What happens in the session?

  • You arrive.

  • You say a few words about where you are, what the feeling is and what the context of what’s happening for you

  • Amanda listens, not to solve, but to “attune”

  • She then leads you through a guided inner journey.

  • Over the course of the session, your system starts to “regulate” not because you’re forcing it, but because you're finally “not fighting it”.

These sessions are for you if:

  • You’re overwhelmed and don’t know where to place what you’re feeling

  • You’ve done the journaling, the talking, the practices, and still feel flooded

  • You’re projecting onto others, looping in fear, or stuck in self-doubt

  • You want to “be with” your intensity but not alone
