The GOD BOX
The GOD Box: An Invitation to Presence and Clarity
This is an old favourite tool I’ve long offered to clients, and its reemergence here is a gentle invitation to revisit your practice of presence with yourself and with others, and to notice where you are in each moment with the challenges, questions, or conundrums that arise.
The GOD Box is not about religion, dogma, or rules. It is about spirit: the spirit of the I, the You, the We, and the unity in all of life. It offers a simple yet profound way to see the connections between what arises within you and the world around you more clearly, to release what no longer serves, and to create space for guidance, clarity, and insight to unfold naturally.
In using this tool, you are invited to slow down, step aside, and bring conscious attention to what matters most: your presence, your intentions, and the energetic flow of life that is always available to you. Whether you are revisiting old patterns, seeking clarity on a challenge, or simply wishing to deepen your awareness, the GOD Box provides a sacred container for reflection, surrender, and awakening to what is already here.
It isn’t always them!
This blog explores a fresh perspective on “protecting your energy,” challenging the idea that all energy exchanges are about defense. It invites you to consider that what feels draining may actually be a necessary release, an invitation to deeper self-awareness and growth.
Into the Abyss: Rage, Anger, and the Alchemy of Transformation
This is a story of rage unleashed, destruction met with clarity, and the raw power of emotions faced. In this visceral descent, Amanda meets her "goddess of destruction," an untamed force born from suppressed wounds, inherited traumas, and absorbed burdens. Through storms of anger and moments of paralyzing shame, she uncovers a profound truth: anger is not just destructive—it’s alchemical.
Women’s unwanted affair with anxiety
Anxiety clearly has a thing for the ladies! At what point did we trade in our harmless flirtation with worry for the overbearing weight of anxiety? A blog anxiety, the impact on women and our relationship to our world.

Let’s Talk about Death Baby
It's not the done thing. It's sad, morbid and way too depressing for a society that runs on happiness as a commodity and instant gratification. I wonder; If I showed up to a party, dressed as the grim reaper, introduced myself, sipping champagne and chatted about dying, would it become more intriguing to you and therefore easier to handle?
Fear & loathing ain’t in Las Vegas
This blog is a personal promise and longing for more women to wake-up to the damage we inflict when we seek to be perfect. Here, I recount some of the ways in which I have recently sought to be perfect in my life only to realise that perfection is the enemy to my progression and self acceptance.
Sight
Sight is a blog about choosing to be seen or to hide from others and the values we honour when we choose to be in either of those two worlds. It is about finding alignment with what we need, want and stand for in the places we would least expect. All of this shared through my experiences when undergoing treatment for IDC Breast Cancer.
The Hidden
Time is upon us, we have willingly hidden, following the ideals and ways of others. The journey home has started and these are the shadows before the dawn.
Brain Damage
I had found the glitch in the matrix, and like Neo in the movie, I had revealed the system for what it was and yet, a mere 3 years later, the pattern was repeating, so why hadn’t I noticed it?
LIFE Through a Lens. Show Yourself, so you can show up in the world.
Wednesday morning, whilst sitting in my apartment in Barcelona, watching the weather shift and transform, I was drawn to the duality of sadness and joy that comes with the deeper exploration of ourselves.
