Deepen your learning and find the hidden places within you where you may be limiting yourself. As you witness others in their process and as others witness you'll find yourself being pointed towards your potential and greatness in a layered way which is different to 1:1 work. We naturally gravitate towards groups to find our sense of belonging in and understanding of ourselves in the world. Working on your own personal power in a group format can not only provide you with a more visceral experience of where "your work to do" is but also provide you with a safe and nourishingly held space in which to explore, experiment and call your power forward in ways you once found challenging.

All the content in the group circle conversations remains the same but what differs in the experience of multiple takeaways, perspectives and insights that participants gain from being in group.

Groups are kept intentionally small to help facilitate a deeper connection, to allow time for all voices to be heard and to hold space for community to grow in a nourishing and safe way as we explore the different facets of ourselves.

Each call is 2 hours and in this call we blend teaching content, coaching storytelling and a lot of practical tools and techniques so that you walk away with ways to apply straight away in your own lives rather than everything be theoretical.

The POWERSPACE conversation series is highly practical and so people leave feeling fully resourced and really go on to use the tools and learnings and that's great, the aftercare session allows the group to come back together in the months that follow the course and not only share their win and deeper learnings but also offers a post POWERSPACE to refresh anything that's proved challenging in their integration process.
